Proud to have played a part in the creation of Secrets of the Penguins for Talesmith and Nat Geo. in the winter of 23/24 I spent 8 weeks in a remote tent camp in Atka Bay, Antarctica filming the wildlife DOP and presenter, Bertie Gregory following the life and times of Emperor Penguins.  We battled storms, frozen fingers and toes, 24hr daylight to capture some unique footage of these incredible creatures and a BAFTA Craft award nomination for the camera team.

I took an Alexa35 camera package to Antarctica, the first to visit the white continent and it performed flawlessly for 8 weeks in sub zero.

This really was a shoot of a lifetime!
